1. Service Refunds

All services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will offer a correction or adjustment at no additional cost, at our discretion.
2. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the appointment being rescheduled. No refunds will be issued for missed or shortened appointments due to lateness.
5. Product Sales

All retail product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
